Size replacement requests that differ by more or less than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered as a customer-input error and will not be eligible for replacement.
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided sizing charts on our Product Details pages.
In order for a free replacement to be processed, you must provide the following information: the reason the product didn't fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested.
Modification and cancellation are possible before the order is in production.
Credit or replacement is offered on damaged or incorrect items within 30 days after delivery to the customer and 60 days after the order has been placed for undelivered items.
