ALEJANDRO BENITEZ

Meet the Person behind our Kicks!

Alejandro is a Lighting and Compositing Artist at Walt Disney Animation, now bringing his creative vision and passion for design to the world of footwear.

From a young age, Alejandro has had a deep love for sneakers, always fascinated by how design can transform something as functional as footwear into a form of self-expression.

With a strong foundation in visual storytelling, Alejandro has built an impressive career working on high-profile projects across top studios. Now, driven by his passion for both animation and unique design, he’s merging these worlds to create a truly one-of-a-kind collection of shoes.

Together with his team, Alejandro’s mission is to bring the magic of storytelling into every pair—where each step becomes a piece of art, and every design tells a story.

Rachel Tremblay-Côté

Meet the person behind our projects!

Rachel is a passionate artist, teacher, and entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary presence in the artistic scene. In 2015, she co-founded GHAM & DAFE, a non-profit that showcases a studio and exhibition space for artists. With a flair for collaboration, Rachel manages various projects, working as both a business owner, fines arts teacher and guest artist in partnership with schools and organizations. At SICKTOES, she blends her passion for art with management, bringing fresh ideas and strategies while collaborating with fellow artists!
